Ryan started with Dowbuilt after earning his bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Washington.  As a project manager, he worked on several key projects with unique elements that demanded tight management of labor and material budgets. Ryan is a master of budget development. He analyzes construction documents, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. Ryan works closely with the design team, subcontractors, and suppliers to build accuracy into his numbers. During preconstruction, he helps evaluate plans and strategies to keep costs aligned with expectations by tightening the self-perform estimates, material costs, and subcontractor scopes.
