As director of field operations, Doug supports our field teams across the company by continuously working to evolve our processes to reflect the changing needs on our jobsites. Whether through field system improvements, developing training, or building out technological platforms, Doug is an effective advocate for our skilled superintendents and craftspeople.

Doug has been with Dowbuilt for over 15 years and in that time has held several key positions within our build and operation teams. He understands the level of quality that Dowbuilt demands and has the experience to identify how to achieve that consistently across varying build sites and conditions. He started in the industry as a laborer and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Washington. Doug has a knack for facilitating team cohesiveness and fostering a strong collaborative environment focused on open communication.
