Jim Dow started Dow Construction in 1980 to bring a greater depth of process and partnership to fine home building, and we’ve spent the last four decades mastering our craft.

Our projects can be found all across the U.S. With our home base in Seattle, we have offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Hawaii, Montana (serving the Rocky Mountains), Austin, New York, Massachusetts (serving New England), and Florida.

And while we build beautiful, high-end homes, we never lose sight of what matters most. Above all, we care—for our people, our clients, and our partners—all resulting in care for the incredible designs we bring to life.
