Katherine Ranieri earned her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech and is a licensed architect in the state of Washington. Having started her career at the renowned architecture firm Olson Kundig, she worked as an architect on three Dowbuilt projects, two in Hawaii and the other in Northern California. A strong believer in the preconstruction phase, Katherine is an expert at using digital modeling to coordinate and prepare for construction, analyze costs, and identify issues early.

Embodying the Dowbuilt value of curiosity and creativity, Katherine leans on her design background to bring a different perspective to build challenges. Having worked on both sides of a project, Katherine provides awareness around design intent while also working to make sure that the literal nuts and bolts are thought out.
