Jeff Stark

Role:
Superintendent

Jeff has been in construction for more than 15 years, all of it with Dowbuilt. He has worked as a laborer, carpenter, foreman, and now superintendent, where he has managed crews on several incredible projects.

Jeff pulls from his range of experience to find innovative solutions to constructability challenges. This has worked in his favor when restoring an old fisherman’s cabin on Orcas Island to a state of being cozy -- and structurally sound! His most memorable project was working on the Olson Kundig-designed Laurelhurst Cliffhouse, where he first worked with structural steel and the complicated scope and details. "It’s empowering to be a part of these challenging projects.” He is known for maintaining impeccably organized jobsites, which he strongly feels is one of the keys to running an efficient, effective project.

Jeff enjoys it when one of his projects enters its final stages and he can experience the joy and satisfaction when his clients see the project as they had imagined.
