Nick earned his undergraduate degree from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and his master’s degree in construction administration from Columbia University. Residential construction and high-end design work have been the focus of his career. As a builder, Nick has worked his way through the ranks, starting out as a carpenter’s helper, cabinetry shop foreman, site superintendent, and project manager. He is well-versed in pre-construction, digital construction, estimating, scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, project communications, and team building. As director of construction management, Nick helps ensure a consistent, high-quality building experience for every Dowbuilt client across the country.
