He has spent his career working in both design and construction, which allows him to approach unique building challenges with a varied knowledge base. Hank enjoys the specfic challenges associated with custom residential construction, and his analytical mind relishes collaborating with architects on atypical design details and scheduling to ensure constructability and that design intent is maintained. He is driven to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients built on a mutual understanding of expectations. Hank holds a master's degree in architecture from the University of Oregon and prior to joining Dowbuilt was a teaching fellow at the University of Oregon AAA Furniture Studio. He is also a licensed architect in the state of Washington.
