East Prospect Colonial Renovation
What started as a basic kitchen and master bedroom remodel turned into a full-scale renovation, including structural work on a settling foundation, seismic retrofitting, brick restoration, a garage addition with an apartment above and a landscape makeover featuring retaining walls, new bluestone terraces and a spa. We love this project, designed and coordinated by Stephen Sullivan and his team.
The interiors of this traditional home are unique from the hand-painted wallpaper and rugs to the custom lighting and reclaimed wood counters, shelving and paneling. Also, new paint colors were mixed to match the reclaimed wood surfaces in the library. Jeffrey Bilhuber and Associates out of New York furnished the home to evoke a lived-in, comfortable feeling.
