Designed by Stuart Silk Architects and built by Dowbuilt, this contemporary, three-bedroom home sits on Lake Washington with a sense of balance and harmony. With limited street access to the property, some construction materials had to be delivered by barge. This included the 9,000 pound boulder, which was polished and placed on the patio for use as a fire pit.
