As a leader in Hawaii, Kevin has focused on building personal residences with a balance of continuous creative thinking and in-depth planning. With goals fueled by collaboration and iteration, he is passionate about solutions created and grounded in reality which also push the boundaries of what is possible in the built environment.

Prior to joining Dowbuilt, Kevin established his reputation for collaboration as a framing and finish carpenter, site superintendent, and for the last 25 years as a project manager, building many residences throughout the islands since 1985. No matter the scale or detailing of the project, he is inspired by the knowledge that when the build and design teams feel welcomed and appreciated as integral to the finished product, they enjoy doing their highest quality work. This allows the project to come in on or before schedule, at greater value for the cost, and meet our own high expectations as well as that of our discerning architects, designers, and clients.
