Originally from Spokane, Washington, Chris holds a degree in architecture from the University of Washington. When not in the classroom, Chris cut his teeth in the field, working on job sites from Spokane to Seattle. Throughout his career, he's worked as a laborer, carpenter, project engineer, project manager, and superintendent. He is equal parts architect and builder and brings a knowledgeable eye and diverse skillset to every project.

Today, Chris oversees some of our largest projects in Southern California as a superintendent. Over the last 10 years at Dowbuilt, he has managed some of our most challenging and complex builds in four different Dowbuilt regions—Seattle, Sun Valley, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Chris's poise, warmth, and work ethic make him an invaluable member of our team and a favorite of clients, partners, and colleagues alike.
